Refund policy

All items will be final due to hygiene conditions. Unless the product arrives broken and/or defective then you are able to return for an exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges on most items, although we can adjust the length of your piece if there is an issue with the fit. NO refunds. In order for an exchange you will need to send pictures of the product when it has arrived for proof to Pau’s Beadz email.
